Contract records of agreements entered into between the VA and an individual firm, corporation, institution, State or local government , or another Federal agency, under which monies are disbursed for construction, supplies, equipment or services. These records include, but are not limited to, the following: Abstracts of all bids; Bids (all), accepted or rejected, including supporting or related attachments; Change orders; Contracts-originals or record copy, including related drawings, schedules, cuts, catalogs, etc.; Extention and amendment documents; Notices of assignments; Release of assignments; Renewal documents; Copy of all bonds and evidence of insurance coverage as required; Schedules; Partial payment memorandums; Final settlement memorandums.
